1. Who we are

2. What we offer

We provide free browser-based tools (calculators, converters, generators and similar utilities) that run entirely on your device. We may also offer premium digital products and subscriptions (“Premium Products”), described on their respective pages.

3. Payments and merchant of record

Payments for Premium Products are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, VAT / sales tax calculation and remittance, invoicing, and refund processing. When you purchase a Premium Product, your payment contract is with Paddle as the seller of record; we are responsible for delivering the product itself.

4. License to use our tools

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our free tools and any Premium Products you have paid for, for your own lawful purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or offer our tools as a service to third parties without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use our tools for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape our website in a way that harms its availability; (c) misrepresent tool outputs as certified professional advice; (d) circumvent any access controls on Premium Products.

6. Informational tools and calculators

Our calculators and informational tools provide estimates for general information only. They are not professional financial, tax, legal, medical, or engineering advice. Always verify important figures with a qualified professional or the relevant authority before acting on them.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text, and tool implementations are our property or used under license. You retain full rights to content you input into the tools — and because our tools run in your browser, that content never reaches us in the first place.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep every tool available, but we may add, modify, or discontinue tools and features at any time. If a Premium Product you paid for is discontinued, we will provide a pro-rata refund or a comparable replacement.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools. Our total liability for any paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. If you hold an active Premium subscription at termination for our convenience (not for your violation), you will receive a pro-rata refund.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
